Pankratz Farms, LLC Pankratz Farms, LLC is a 3rd generation farm located in Central Wisconsin. Not only that, this farm is also home to a herd of 300 dairy cows.

Pankratz Farms, LLC sprouted its roots three generations ago in 1946, tended by the green thumbs of Lawrence and Olive Pankratz. Back then, the farm was a modest 80 acres, but today it blossoms over a whopping 1200 acres! After Lawrence passed the baton, Steve and his wife Barb took over the reins. Today, the farm is a family affair, with Jon, Matt, and Kaylan working together to keep the farm thr
