If you love an Aperol Spritz we have something sweeter. Don says there’s nothing quite like that golden hour before dinner — a little bubbles, a little bitter-sweet, good company. This week we’re celebrating the aperitivo tradition at Blanchards.
And we’re thrilled to be pouring Sarti Rosa — the Italian aperitivo. Think of it as Aperol’s sweeter, rosier cousin: same effortless spritz energy, gorgeous pink hue, but a softer, more floral finish. 🍊✨💕
How to make it: just like your classic spritz —

• 3 parts Prosecco
• 2 parts Sarti Rosa (or Aperol, if you’re keeping it classic)
• 1 splash soda water
• Orange slice, plenty of ice

🎾 Honey Deuce Season is Here
The official cocktail of the US Open and Don’s back with his go-to recipe and says you don’t need to be court side because it’s so easy to make at home.
You’ll need:
🍸 1½ oz vodka
🍋 3 oz fresh lemonade
🍇 ½ oz raspberry liqueur
🍈 3 honeydew balls (the “tennis balls”)

How:
Ice → vodka + lemonade → stir → drizzle raspberry liqueur on top → skewer your melon balls → done.

Serve it up. Ace the vibes. 🏆🎾
