Nearly 30 years ago, after several years in the wholesale side of the industry, Rich Gouge began servicing and installing submersible pumps in wells and springs. He pulled the pumps by hand, and always tried to give good value to his customers. His son, Joshua, began helping by age 12, and has grown up learning and refining the trade. They've made a few changes through the years, developing tools

and machines to enable them to work faster and improve the quality of their work. No longer limited to pumps, they service any part of the water supply system, from the pump, to the pressure tank and treatment systems. They added an excavator to take care of leaks and underground installations.
