Said goodbye to all 6 of our babies today. 😢 They got a good new home but it sure broke our hearts to see them go.
City ordinance was changed after we had them and no longer allows goats. We were told that there were complaints so police came out and told us it was against code now and that they didn’t care until there were complaints that caused them to come to our place. So sadly off they went.
Although our hearts are heavy for the loss of our goats we are more upset watching our daughter’s heart break when she got home from school and we had to tell her they were gone.
We will miss them dearly and some day, when we can afford a piece of land, we will again have goats and we will add some cows and horses and pigs. ❤️
