Summer grilling Beef Processing Special.

Summer grilling season is here and cost of beef is high, but with current higher fuel prices and predictions of hot/dry summer, beef prices are expected to jump higher yet. As such, we are holding our current beef processing prices for all beef processed only through end of May. This is only for beef sold and processed through now and the end of May. It does not include any processing after June 1st, as we'll just have to see what the beef market does for the remainder of the year. As always, availability is limited and on a first come/first serve basis, and we will not hold any spots without signed agreement form and payment. You do not have to purchase a whole beef. We offer whole, half, and 1/4 sides of beef. Give us a call at 636-932-4669 for more information or to purchase your beef before prices go up.

Happy Birthday to the woman behind it all.
You are strong, brave, independent, and endlessly intelligent, the type of woman who can persevere through absolutely anything. Not every day is perfect, yet somehow you always manage to make each one better, warmer, and more welcoming for everyone around you. You show up at the drop of a hat, and I know I speak for all of us when I say: there is no true way to ever repay the unconditional love and support you give, but we will spend our lives trying.

Thank you for everything you do and all that you are. May your day be filled with love, a little bit of work (because you never truly stop), good food, and pure joy. We love you more than words can say. Cheers to many, many more birthdays to celebrate you!
