Hey! Look, yeah you, check this out!
Harvested a couple more blue pumpkins this week to restock the farmstead store.
I'll be harvesting more green beans along with some zucchini, ripe Bell peppers, cukes, squash, at least 2 varieties of beets, possibly some carrots if I feel energized 😆 and hoping for larger tomatoes soon. I'll have some smaller cherry tomatoes in pints for sure.
I do still have our farm eggs by the dozen and some of the newest layers smaller eggs in 18pk for the same $4 price.
Also I'll be processing more into the freezer of the older produce.
The fridge can only hold so much produce. The freezer is getting full too.
I'm rethinking this growing this much produce since people aren't buying much if any this season.
Definitely changing what and how much I grow next season.
The outdoor plants are 50% off this Saturday too.
Truth bomb!
Yes it's been that ridiculous for not selling this season.
Ain't no wonder small businesses are dropping off this season. SMDH 🙄
I refuse to increase my reasonable prices because I actually care if you can freaking eat! Then there's the Eating Real food not trash that looks like food. It's called caring about other humans and their families.
Just like when we sell the Bushtail's Brand 13 BBQ. My hubby wants a family to be able to eat for a reasonable price and a smaller family can with our $13 meal price. Not spending $100 or more to feed your family is important to us because we actually care.
You can catch the $13 meal at the Bushtail's 4th Fallfest
As for the other 2 events this season the Hot refreshments will be available because the Man behind the Smoker is the man who's behind a canvas during the Creating Canvases for a Cause along with 2 other artists ladies.
He's also my help with your trees during our Bushtail's 2nd Winterfest event.
He's a man with many hats here at Bushtail Creek Unique Gifts
