Hey, everybody! Don’t be rude—say it back! I’m Alexis, but friends and family call me “Lexy.” I’m the owner and Chef of Lexy’s Kitchen LLC, and I’ve lived in Creekside for six years. Fun fact: I’m obsessed with seasonings! My cabinets are overflowing with spices from around the world, thanks to my travels and friends who bring back flavors from abroad. Cooking has been a passion since I was young, and as a mom of five in a blended family, I’m always in the kitchen creating something new to share. I specialize in cooking dishes from different cultures! Food from around the globe🌎.
I have not catered or done my weekly gourmet meals in two years after deciding to pursue my second passion, Human Resources ❤️. I have not figured out how to juggle both but I have made every effort to be consistent with my infamous pies and cheesecakes for the holidays!
