We’re excited to welcome Oscar Bomgaars to the Beck R&D team this summer as our newest intern. During his internship, Oscar will gain hands-on experience in flavor development while contributing to real-world formulation and innovation projects alongside our R&D team. We’re proud to support emerging talent in food science and look forward to the impact he’ll make during his time with us.

Oscar Bomgaars, a junior studying food science at the Mizzou College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources - CAFNR, earned a prestigious national scholarship from the American Dairy Products Institute for his undergraduate research on dairy proteins and his growing impact in food science research and mentorship.
