Peppermint Oreo Cookie Balls
Ingredients:
1 - 14.3 ounce package Oreos
8 ounces cream cheese
1 - 10 ounce bag Peppermint Starlight Mints
1 - 10 ounce bag Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, add the oreo cookies four to five cookies at a time. Blend and add to a mixing bowl. Do this for the full package of cookies.
Add cream cheese to the bowl. Mix well with a hand mixer. Roll mix into about one tablespoon size balls. Place on a plate and store in the fridge for one hour.
Meanwhile, place peppermint candies into a bag and crush well with a kitchen mallet or rolling pin. Pour into a bowl.
After one hour, remove the oreo balls from the fridge.
Melt the white chocolate wafers as directed on the bag in a microwave safe bowl. Once melted, dip the oreo balls into the white chocolate then into the crushed peppermints.
Place on parchment paper until dry. Serve or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.

APPLE SLAB PIE
Ingredients:
2 refrigerated pie crusts thawed according to package directions
2 cans apple pie filling 21 oz cans
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar packed
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter cold
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Move the oven rack to the lower third of the oven.
Lightly flour a work surface. Unroll two thawed pie crusts and stack them on top of each other.
Roll the dough to about a 17"x14" rectangle using a large rolling pin.
Transfer the dough to a quarter sheet pan and press the crust into the corners of the pan, allowing the excess dough to hang over the edges.
Roll the crust edges toward the center of the pan to create an edge. Using an overturned spoon, make a decorative indentation.
Pour two cans of pie filling into the pie crust.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Cut the cold butter into cubes and add to a mixing bowl. Using your hands or a pastry blender, combine ingredients to form a crumbly texture.
Sprinkle the topping over the apple pie filling.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is brown and the filling is bubbly.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose white flour
½ cup powdered sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter cubed, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips
powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
To a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
Cut in the cubed butter with a pastry cutter or a fork. This will take a few minutes but the dough should be a coarse crumb.
Add in the vanilla and mini chocolate chips and continue mixing until a smooth dough forms. It might be easier to use your hands – all dry ingredients should be fully incorporated.
Use a small cookie scoop (approximately 1.5 teaspoons) to form balls, rolling between your hands to smooth, and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, until just firm, not golden or brown. Remove from the oven and immediately remove the cookies from the cookie sheet so they don't continue baking.
Once slightly cooled, roll each cookie in powdered sugar or dust with additional powdered sugar.

Cheesy Dorito Casserole
Ingredients
For the Casserole:
14 ounce “party size” bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
1½-2 pounds ground beef
1 10¾ ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
1 10¾ ounce can of cream of chicken soup
1 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
1 4 ounce small can of diced green chilies
2-3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
1 packet Taco seasoning (optional)
Additional Topping Options:
Sour cream
Diced green onion
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Sliced Avocado or guacamole
Salsa
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350°
In a large pan, brown the ground beef and then drain the fat. If you plan to season the meat with taco seasoning, now’s the time to do it:)
Add the 2 soups, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to the ground beef
Cook while stirring over medium heat until it is bubbly
Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray
Add 1/2 the bag of chips to the bottom of the baking dish. Crumble them a little bit as pictured (not too much!)
Scoop 1/2 of the meat mixture over the chips
Add a layer of 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. Add additional cheese if needed or desired.
Repeat the layers of chips, meat, and cheese with the remaining ingredients
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through

Soft and Chewy Ginger Snaps
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter at room temp
¼ cup molasses
1 large egg
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
sugar for rolling
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add the sugar, butter, molasses, and egg and beat on medium until light and fluffy.
Add in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt, Stir well with a spatula until fully combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.
Pour approximately 1/2 cup of sugar into a small bowl (for rolling).
Use a medium cookie scoop to shape the dough into approx. 1″ balls. Roll in sugar and place 12 per baking sheet onto your prepared sheets.
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until just set (they will puff up then flatten while baking).
Remove from oven and let stand on the cookie sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Copycat Texas Roadhouse Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1/2 cup warm water
4 tsp active dry yeast
5 TBS granulated sugar (divided)
3 TBS melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey
7.5 cups all purpose flour (+ or – up to 1/2 cup, divided)
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
2 TBS melted unsalted butter (for rubbing on top of baked rolls)
Instructions:
Add the milk to a small sauce pan over medium heat, stirring often. Bring to a simmer, or until small bubbles appear around the edges to scald and remove from heat. Pour the milk into another container to cool for about 10 minutes. **
Add the water, yeast, and 1 TBS sugar to the bowl of your stand mixer, or large mixing bowl and stir them together. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes to activate the yeast. It should be very foamy when used.
Add the remaining sugar, honey, the warm milk (but not hot!), and 2 cups of the flour to the yeast mixture. Beat the mixture together for a couple minutes.
Add in the melted butter, eggs and salt and stir well.
Add additional flour 1 cup at a time until dough begins to separate from the sides of the bowl, until you've added 7 cups of the flour. Then add in the flour 1 TBS at a time until it is no longer sticky.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
Knead the dough in the stand mixer bowl with a dough hook, or with your hands on the counter for about 5 minutes. Add additional flour by the tablespoon if the dough gets sticky as it is kneaded.
Grease a large bowl with oil or nonstick spray. Return the dough to bowl and turn it over so it all gets covered in grease. Loosely cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm spot in the kitchen for about 45 minutes until doubled in size (this will depend on how warm your kitchen is)
Once the dough has doubled, punch it down to release the air bubbles.
Roll the dough out till it is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into approximately 2 inch squares with a pizza cutter.
Place the dough squares onto two lined baking sheets and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Let the rolls rise until doubled again, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahreinheit the last few minutes of the rolls rising time.
Bake the rolls until they are lightly golden brown, about 14-18 minutes. (Rotate the pans if you are baking them both at the same time)
Remove the pan from the oven and immediately rub the tops of the rolls with butter.

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk, warmed to about 110°F
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
2 large eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon salt
For the Filling:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Icing:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and a pinch of the granulated sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the surface and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, or until foamy.
2. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, remaining granulated sugar, melted butter, and eggs until well combined. Add the activated yeast mixture to the banana mixture and stir to combine. Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
3. First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
4. Make the Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
5. Roll Out the Dough: Punch down the risen dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice)
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
While the chicken is cooking, boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow)
2 cups beef broth
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
Stir in the uncooked pasta, beef broth, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen French fries
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Fries: Preheat your oven and bake the frozen fries according to the package instructions until crispy and golden brown.
Add Cheese: Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top while they are still hot. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.

1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced pickles (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Roll Out Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle to fit your pie or baking dish.
Assemble the Pie:
Place the dough in a greased pie dish, allowing the edges to overhang.
Spread half of the pizza sauce on the bottom of the dough.

Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders (about 8-10 pieces)
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
3. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of cooked bacon, then roll the bacon-wrapped chicken in the brown sugar mixture to coat evenly.
4. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
