Our feed co-op purchases feed every 6 weeks from 1811 Feeds, a family farm out East of Columbus who grows non-gmo grains, mills it, and roasts it themselves.

We are placing orders this coming week (due by Wednesday the 19th) for delivery the following week (exact date TBD).

Our family started purchasing grain from them about 9 years ago and have had so many friends ask us who we get our grain from that we all decided to order together and have 1811 feeds deliver to Marysville!
Pick up is at our farm and is located just a couple miles East of town.

Here is a list of the products they offer.
All 50lb bags and non-gmo grains:

17% Layer
18% Grower
20% Starter
23% Turkey
Scratch grains
Dairy
16% Hog Grower
16% Goat/Sheep
Non-Soy Layer (10 bag minimum)

Message me for pricing. They keep their prices very reasonable for the quality.

If anyone is still looking for 4H Rabbits for the Union County Fair we still have some available. Born the first week of May. Californian/New Zealand Crosses (which is probably a bit redundant since Californian's were originally bred from New Zealands.

Please come get some plants for your gardens! 🌱🍅🍆🥦🍉
We have PLENTY of herbs and veggies left.
Most are $5/each or 4 for $18.
If you are struggling and can't pay that right now come get some plants anyway. We want these to go to good homes and not end up in a compost pile.
10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. There is a box for self service. If you can't make it during those hours just message us and we will likely say come on out!

Thank you to everyone that came out to the Marysville Farm Market in the pouring rain yesterday! Despite the weather there were still quite a few people who attended. Elias was nervous and excited (as were his parents) to sell his plants for this first time and you were all so gracious and encouraging.

When we arrived back on the farm we decided to load up one of our hay wagons with herbs and vegetable plants.

You are welcome to come out to the farm to purchase some plants. The list of what we are growing is in the pictures of our previous posts. I'll add them as a comment to this post as well.

We ask that you come just during weekdays

10am-5pm Monday-Friday through the month of May.
There is a self-serve cash box and instructions for paying in other ways (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc)

If we are around the farm you are welcome to ask us questions.

It is a working farm. So we ask that you are mindful of the animals and don't try to touch them. Although you may be greeted by some of our friendly barn cats who like a good belly rub. 🐈

Hope to see a lot of people there! This will be his first year selling at the market and he is excited and understandably a bit nervous.

We are excited to be headed to the Union County Farmers market in Marysville. It starts May 16th this season!

We will have varieties of culinary and medicinal herbs, vegetables and a few fruits.
