Not only is the Ohio State game on today at 4:15, we have DistILLed Days no.5 happening at 5pm!!
Utilizing Four Roses’ flagship Single Barrel Bourbon (recipe OBSV) alongside its 2026 limited-release Single Barrel variants (recipes OBSK, OESF, & OESQ), this flight presents a unique opportunity to taste the impact of ingredients on flavor when other aspects of production are consistent. We’re not just drinking here - this is important scientific research!
Tasting flights will be available starting at 5pm, followed by discussion and comparison of tasting notes with your friendly neighborhood bartenders and fellow bar patrons. Flights will be available throughout the evening, or until the bottles run dry.
Four spirits, half an ounce each - 2oz of pure joy for just $16!
DistILLed Days aims to be a flexible and responsive event that moves with our community; as such, pricing for each event varies based on the spirits included. Have a great suggestion for a theme or a bottle we need to try? Let Sean know when you see him!
So come on out for the football on tv, stay for the delicious discussions about tasting bourbon!
