1st Shift - 5:30am - 4:00pm
2nd Shift - 4:00pm - 2:30am

Dough & Crème Mixer- As a dough and crème mixer, you are responsible for accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, insuring that all batches are mixed & sheeted in accordance with the scheduled time-frame, recording information such as temperatures, codes, times and weights, and keeping the mixing area/equipment clean and in acceptable condition at all times.

1st Shift - 3:30am - 2:00pm

2nd Shift - 1:45pm - 12:15am

Requirements:

· Walking/standing/use stairs/reach throughout shift

· Lifting 10-50lbs

· Occasionally move pallets weighing up to 2,500lbs with pallet jack

· Required: steel-toed shoes

· Must be 18 years or older

· Must be able to work weekends

A staple of the Specialty Baker's product line. Our fantastic French Twirls are loved by so many people that we can barely keep up with the demand. The product, pictured below, is a light flaky pastry filled with our delicious vanilla creme. In 2020, like many other years, we produced enough French Twirls to stretch from Jacksonville, FL to San Diego, CA if you placed the French Twirls end to end!!!
