Far in the countryside in the world of Tria there is a small cottage that houses a fantastical being. Much of their history is shrouded in the annals of history, but those who are acquainted say that they are kind, friendly, and always ready for adventure. When you step through the threshold you are overwhelmed with smells and sites of a master at their craft. They are known as The Gilded Teafling, but their treasures are not just in gold but in summer chrysanthemums, dried assam, dark cacao, fresh pineapple, plump pomegranate, and spring roses. They take these ingredients to brew the most enchanting of teas.
But how does The Teafling acquire such exotic ingredients from the comfort of their cottage, and what is their purpose? With the help of their faithful caelocat, Assam, The Teafling traverses the many lands of Tria using their strange magic. From the floating industrial streets of Flywheel, the salt stained docks of Utagoe, and the flourishing Castletown of Theloria. The Teafling gathers ingredients not just to craft a comforting cup, but to tell the story of paths untrodden and quests unfulfilled.
And what of you, adventurer? You have come to my cottage for some reason? Yes, sit and enjoy a cup with me as I tell you of the wonder you will see on the journey ahead.
