Brewers checking in again! The weather is getting colder, and we are one step closer to the release of this year’s Toasty Nut!

We’re cold crashing and coning out our Peanut Butter Porter! By dropping the temperature, we encourage the yeast and other particles to settle out of suspension. Coning out removes that sediment from the bottom of the tank, leaving us with a cleaner, clearer b**r that’s one step closer to your glass!

IT’S BEEN FAR TOO LONG… LITTLE BROTHER BAND IS FINALLY BACK AT LIQUID NOISE!
On Friday, October 23rd, we’re thrilled to welcome Little Brother Band back to Liquid Noise Brewing for a night of live music we’ve been looking forward to for WAY too long!
If you’ve seen these guys at Liquid Noise before, you know exactly why we’re excited to have them back. Rock, blues, feel-good jams and a whole lot of energy — Little Brother Band knows how to put together the perfect soundtrack for a Friday night.
It’s the combination we love — live music filling the brewery, cold drinks hitting the tables, great food coming out of the kitchen and a room full of people ready to have a good time.

Looking for your moment on stage? Or just a solid midweek plan with great music and even better vibes? This is it. Open Mic Night is where local talent shows up and shows out — and you never know who’s going to steal the spotlight.
Bring your guitar, your voice, your bandmates, your originals, your covers — whatever you’ve got, we want to hear it. First time or seasoned performer, doesn’t matter… just sign up and send it.

Not playing? Even better. Kick back with a drink and enjoy a night of live local music, great food, and a crowd that actually listens. Justin keeps things rolling between sets so the energy never drops.
