Anyone want FREE tickets to the holiday show? I have lots and can meet you at a door or you can pick up at my house. Hate to see them go to waste. We are at the Tacoma Holiday Show today through Sunday. We're in booth 805 close to the giant santa inflatable and the food court. New Fall flavors are in full swing... don't worry.... we'll be bringing back the old menu after the holidays. :) BUT we hope you find some new favorites in these. Pics of our holiday set up. We got a new logo. My family has been on me about using ai. Y'all I don't use it for pictures of my product, but I'm just not creative or tech savvy (my family will laugh at that because that's the nice way of saying I need "tech for true dummies" 🤣), so I went to ai for my logo and posters and flyers. I finally just bit the bullet and paid someone to create a logo. I love it so much more than the old one!! It's similar but clearer, sharper, macarons are more defined, and our tag lines are added.

Eventually it'll be changed on our social media pages and website. I just need to bribe a family member to do it. See comment above about needing tech for dummies. 🤣 Hey... I have never professed to be tech or business savvy, I just want to create macarons... but I am trying to learn the other part of this. :) Shout out to my family here because I don't love this aspect of business, but they're steering me in the right direction.

I'm sitting here planning my baking schedule for upcoming shows and am kinda freaking out a bit. You guys... I did it. I gave notice at my job today and this is now my full time gig. It's exciting and terrifying at the same time!

Whoda thunk when I started this that a tiny little frustrating cookie would bring me A. So much joy and B. So many new opportunities.

The fair was phenomenal. Probably not in the ways you think. I didn't make boat loads of money. It's a learning year and we learned some things. 🤣 Expenses are crazy with new equipment, supplies, waste... the waste... yeesh. Lol

BUT we had such positive feedback, booked other events, scheduled five shows, had someone ask to carry my macarons in their restaurant, and heard five hundred million times how good the macarons are. Ok... I exaggerate. I only made just under 10,000 cookies (that's 20,000 shells but who's counting??), so we couldn't have heard it 500 million times, but man did we hear it a lot!!!

The MOST rewarding thing: someone buys one cookie to try, makes it a few feet away and turns around and comes back to buy a dozen more. It happened over and over, and we LOVED IT!

I couldn't be at the booth as much as I wanted to, but my crew would text or call or give me the tea in person, and I promise you every bit of feedback was appreciated so much!! I WAS lucky enough to be there when two girls (15ish) came running up to the booth as fast as they could and stopped just short of taking out our bakery cases. 😆 One was breathing heavy and trying to tell me she needs a dozen cookies when 2 boys, sweating and breathing heavy ran up behind them and said these better be worth it. I gave out samples and the boys agreed they were definitely worth it and one of the girls explained they had to run from the other side of the fair to get the cookies before their parents picked them up. She said she was there two days earlier and had to have more.

It was a rough month for me, but that stuff made it all okay! 😆

So I will make you a deal. Y'all keep showing up for us like that, and we'll be there with smiling faces offering "the best damn cookie" you've ever tasted.

Thank you all so much for your support. This has spiraled into something I never even dreamed of, and I'm looking forward to where we go next! 💙💙💙💙💙

We are at the end of summer season and moving on to our Fall flavors/colors. We have a limited amount of macs left after the fair. When you pick up, these will be frozen. Macs freeze for up to two months in an air tight container. Please TEXT with orders: 3609266275. Pick up will be in Arlington by Lake Ki. I will try to update this list as orders come in. Pick up won't be available until Monday night. I'm having a procedure done tomorrow and will NOT be available most of the day, so it'll probably take some time to get back to you. I will respond to everyone and fill orders in the order the texts come in. I will try to update this list as soon as I can. We only have 10 flavors out of 37 and we've only got a handfull of some of them. Available Flavors:

Cannot thank Britnie Fritzler Jessica Jackson Deyton Jackson Brooke Jackson Paul Fritzler Joshua Fritzler Scott Jackson Krissy Wagoner Jacob Fritzler and Sage enough. From set up to take down to accounting to taste testing to encouragement to running my booth for me.... you guys rock!
