This best seller is headed for the State Fair. Meet us there! We'll be the pink booth in the Showplex with a line for days! (We hope anyway... manifestation never hurts!! ;) )

This is a homemade marshmallow frosting, hand toasted with our trusty torch (everyone loooves playing with that thing!), and filled with a homemade, silky, creamy, and luscious chocolate ganache made with Belgian Callebaut chocolate. They're dipped in chocolate and topped with crushed graham crackers. Lots of love and time go into these puppies. S'mores are everything!!!

**Every show I have someone ask about dye free options. We decided to keep the S'mores dye free for this one. 💙💙

Went to the commercial kitchen tonight with the family and they didn't just talk and offer to help.... they freaking showed up!! And this was AFTER work on a Friday night. 1500 macs headed to the State Fair were filled tonight!!! We just got home and all the pics of the group are on Scotts phone, so we'll post those later. For now, here's some Mango and Orange Cream macs. Aren't they pretty?? :💙💙💙💙

ALERT: Caramel Machiato down!!!!

Tragedy struck at around 8:15 a.m. as I was organizing freezers. 😭😭😭😭😭 Why???? (She said in an annoying whiny voice.) We were just talking last night about how we've managed to not lose any macs so far meant for the fair.

FYI: Macs (and their containers) are fragile when frozen.

I'll be creating a pre order post this next week with all the flavors and boxes will be ready for pick up the day before the fair begins. You might want to get certain flavors before it starts. We may be short on at least one. 😆

Meet my staff for the day. I even talked him into wearing my brand when we dropped off the wedding order. If you know Jacob, you know wearing anything but black, smart alec tshirts is a huuuuge win. Getting him in pastel pink was a miracle!! 😁Then we stopped to see Paul Fritzler on the way home and thought this made a cool photo since I didn't get one at the wedding venue. Wedding venue.... hospital... same thing, right??? 🤣🤣My granddaughter Brooke Jackson takes most of my mac photos. She does such a fantastic job!!! These were s'mores, my most popular flavor.

We'll be at the State Fair in Puyallup in August. Prepping for baking and look what I came across. Yep--one egg. I've never seen three yolks. I am claiming it as good luck. :) See y'all at the fair!!

Just me, my coffee, and my Disney pals this morning planning flavors and strategy for the next six weeks. We've been invited to be a vendor at the Washington State Fair in September. Look for us in the Showplex right across from the pizza place. Now excuse me while I quite possibly panic. I have a lot of baking to do. :)
