I have been making Anna Mondanaro French Onion Roast for at least a year. It has become a staple in our home when the weather starts to cool and honestly even when it's hot outside because it is SO DELICIOUS. We serve it over mashed potatoes usually and with a side of carrots. This was the first time I made it with our own Wagyu roasts and holy moly- it was unreal. You gotta try this! Lauren Pinkston asked Tennessee Cattleman to sign up for a call with her so she could better understand what farms are facing. If you know my husband you know he keeps his opinions to himself and his inner circle- unless you ask him. It's something I really admire about him because he doesn't speak on things he doesn't know, but when there is something he has a deep knowledge of he will speak 🔝 . I also admire someone running for office who is an independent and who reaches out to her community to have conversations. Listening in on their conversation gave me some hope for the future at a time that I feel really disappointed with both sides of the aisle. Paint, our horse, has been getting out almost everyday. We finally had some time today to go and fix his fence. Took us a couple of hours but we got it done!! Hoping tomorrow morning when I drink my morning coffee Paint doesn't slowly emerge from the woods by out house like he has been all week 😂😂

Dinner last night was delicious 😋 sometimes I take for granted that we get to use our own meat that we raise in our backyard. Didn't have to worry about foreign mystery meat or salmonella eggs. Find your local farmer and get your goods from them ❤️
