Our family loves our town, so when the idea of opening up Southern Twist Nutrition and serving our community came to be--we jumped at the opportunity! When you come to Southern Twist, you will be greeted with that classic East Tennessee Southern Hospitality! We will serve you delicious, vitamin-loaded drinks to fuel you and fill you. Our Loaded teas are packed with vitamins and energy, full of met

abolism-boosting herbal teas, sweetened and flavored with stevia, and served with a smile! Our Beauty teas are the same vitamin-loaded base as the Loaded teas, but with added collagen to serve your hair, skin, and nails! To add even more nutrition, we make Specialty teas which are the same vitamins and collagen that you would find in a beauty tea, but with added tea benefits and protein to fill you up! Our Boost Drinks are packed with immunity-boosting vitamins, Zinc, probiotics, and are caffeine-free! We also serve meal-replacement protein shakes to be your post-workout, pre-work, or fun meal! With TONS of flavors, everyone is sure to find something you will love. Even kids can benefit from their own version of a vitamin-loaded tea made completely caffeine free!
