Kanga's Run Farm

Kanga's Run Farm In the sun-soaked foothills of East Tennessee, our small farm is growing, fermenting, and bottling peppers.

Come see us at the Maryville Farmers Market on Saturday mornings as we sell hot sauces, lots of fresh produce and other products from the farm.

If you’re looking for trouble, or hot sauce, Kanga’s Run will be at Saturday’s market, 8:30-11:30 AM!

Tomorrow's forecast: hot, humid, and orange everywhere.

We'll be at the market early — beat the heat, beat the crowds heading to the game, and stock up on something to make your tailgate food actually worth showing up for. Wings don't win championships. Good hot sauce might.

Come see us before kickoff. 🌶️🔥🧡

A bottle of Kanga's Bark has been sitting slightly apart from the others all day, like it's better than the rest of them. We haven't corrected its attitude. Frankly it might be right. 🔥

Morning / Setup Booth's up. Peppers are out. Bottles are stacked and ready to go, and so are we, mostly. Come find us. 🌶️

Someone asked us this week, very sincerely, if Clint's Smokin' Gun comes with a warning label. It does not. We've decided not to think about that too hard.

Separately, someone tried a fresh Carolina reaper straight off the table on a dare, made a sound we didn't know the human body could produce, sat down on the curb, and thanked us. Unprompted. We didn't apologize.

Also, Clint has started refusing to sit anywhere near the reaper display. He'll guard the smoker all day without flinching, but that shelf gets a wide berth now. We don't know what he knows.

We stopped asking questions around here a while back. Faster that way.

Tomorrow. Maryville Farmers Market. That's the only place to find us, so plan accordingly. Bring a friend who can drive you home and low expectations for your own restraint.

Back at it this weekend. Same peppers, same chaos, same complete lack of regret on our end.

Also worth mentioning — we've got a limited supply of Kanga's Bark, the cayenne, back on the table. It's been gone a while and it's not staying long this time either. Cayenne doesn't grow on our schedule. It grows on its own, in its own time, and shows up when it's good and ready, much like everything else around here.

Maryville Farmers Market. This weekend. Come early if you actually want the cayenne and not just the story about how you almost got it. 🌶️🔥

That's a wrap on today. Thank you to everyone who showed up, sweated through a sample, and still came back for a bottle anyway. That's the kind of loyalty we don't deserve but absolutely take advantage of.

Clint's Lucky Day and Clint's Smokin' Gun are both looking real thin on the table right now. If you missed us today, you'll live, but your food won't be the same.

See you next week. Bring backup. 🌶️🔥

Booth's a little quiet right now, which means it's the perfect time to come sample something you'll immediately regret. No line. No pressure. Just consequences. 🌶️
