Happy Customer!

From the customer "Here is Fion and Luna loving your hay! The hay has been a lifesaver for their gut and teeth. They have become such good hay eaters once they started eating your hay!"

We’re glad to see these rabbits enjoying our hay! Hay is an essential part of a rabbit’s diet, helping to naturally wear down their teeth while supporting healthy digestion and overall gut health. We’re proud to provide quality hay that keeps rabbits happy and thriving.

Happy Customer!

‘The Water Boy’ aka Bouchett stayed happy and full this weekend at a local show with a mix of our prairie grass hay and western orchard hay.

There’s nothing better than seeing sport horses (and ponies!) thrive on quality forage. Long show days can be stressful and demanding, so keeping hay in front of them is incredibly important. We’re grateful to help keep so many horses and riders fueled for success.

Does your horse or animal need low sugar hay for health reasons? Do you know how to read a hay analysis for the sugar content? Well if you don't here is how!

There isn't a "sugar" test on the analysis...You have to find the percentage of starch and WSC (water sol. carbs) and add those two together which will equal the sugar percentage.

Example:
On this analysis for our Tennessee Premium hay I highlighted the starch and WSC. Take those two numbers and add them together.
Starch: 1.1
WSC: 10.0
1.1 + 10.0 = 11.1

Easy peasy there ya have it! The sugar percentages of this hay is 11.1 making it on the upper side of low sugar. Looking at all the percentages and numbers on an analysis may be very daunting but it's actually pretty simple!
