FRESH Handcrafted RICOTTA GNOCCHI ❤️🇮🇹 Whole milk high-quality ricotta, imported flour and a touch of lemon zest rolled and cut into delicious bite-size pillows. For a firmer bite, sauté in olive oil for a few minutes (after they drain from being cooked);

12oz for $16 [Serves 2-3] Sold Frozen

Our handcrafted Ricotta Gnocchi is a great choice for soups but also pairs well with our Classic Basil Pesto for a traditional northern Italy dish.

There has been a lot going on behind the scenes with a new partnership. It is exciting to see how our Italian community and the sharing our culture and cuisine is growing in East Tennessee!
