🥚✨ Proof that eggs can be works of art. ✨🥚

The girls were showing off today with these beautiful colors and patterns. Speckles, blooms, and shades that no carton from the store can match.

Every collection feels like opening a surprise package from the flock.

🌸🥚 Nature’s color palette never disappoints. 🥚🌸

Bright blooms, colorful eggs, and a little bit of homestead magic. Every egg tells a story, and every hen contributes her own shade to the basket. From soft blues and creams to speckled pinks and rich browns, this is why we love building a colorful egg basket.

Which color would you pick first? 💚🤎🩷

🌱 Nothing goes to waste around here! 🌱

Today’s harvest prep left us with a pile of bean ends, strings, and trimmings. While most folks see scraps, our chickens see a buffet! 🐔

One of the best parts of homesteading is finding ways to use what we have and waste less. Garden scraps become chicken treats, chickens help the garden, and the cycle continues.

The canning season is in full swing, and we’re thankful for every basket of fresh food coming out of the garden. 💚

Who else saves their garden scraps for their flock? Drop a picture of your harvest in the comments! 👇

Sometimes healing looks like sitting in a chicken coop.

Brown. Speckled. Olive. Chocolate.

Every egg tells a different story, and every hen leaves her signature behind.

This is what years of planning, breeding, and a little patience can create.

Not just eggs.

A basket full of possibilities.

Sometimes healing looks like gathering the rewards of work done one day at a time.

Meet Wild Bill.

Everyone has already met Frank, Larry, Barney Fife, and the rest of the crew. Now it’s time to introduce the last rooster on the farm—Wild Bill.

Wild Bill is as handsome as they come, with those deep red feathers, glossy black tail feathers, and a personality that says he knows he’s in charge. He spends his days keeping an eye on his flock, sounding the alarm when something seems off, and making sure the ladies know exactly where the good treats are.

Every rooster has a job, but Wild Bill does his with a little extra style.

We’re excited to see what he adds to our breeding program and what kind of chicks he helps produce down the road. If his looks are any indication, the future is going to be pretty colorful around here.

Welcome to the spotlight, Wild Bill. 🤠🐓

Sometimes healing looks like sitting in a chicken coop.

A few days ago they were tucked safely inside an egg.

Today they’re exploring the world one tiny step at a time.

No matter how many hatches we see, that first day never loses its magic.

Tiny peeps. Tiny feet. Big possibilities.

Sometimes healing looks like watching a brand-new story begin.
