“So what did you change about your cookies?”

If you’ve gotten any of our pink velvet cookies you’d know that NORMALLY they’re frosted cookies. Everyone loves a good frosted cookie, however frosting and packaging don’t always mix well. So I thought and thought and well thought some more…

Then about a week ago I thought about putting the cheesecake filling Inside of the cookie while we baked it. I didn’t really do anything with it until tonight. It’s cold and rainy so what’s a better time to make warm cookies?! The same soft cookie that our friends have grown to love but with an extra layer of goodness!

We’ve added some white chocolate chips and white chocolate drizzle but these babies are here to STAY. Goodbye frosting!!
