We have 2 quarters of locally raised, farm-fresh beef available! They’ll be heading to the butcher at the end of February, and this will be our last batch until around August — so now’s the time to stock up for summer grilling season!
These quarters will be larger than usual, which means you’ll get more meat. Pricing will be a bit higher due to the increased weight.
