Hello friends!
Even though I have been severely lacking on the social media side of things I have been making a-lot of progress! I have decided to grow herbs in general instead of just lavender! I am planing on doing rosemary, basil, thyme, lemon balm, mint and more!!!! Just tonight I was able to can some dried basil!
I have also been propagating some fruit trees that friends have to hopefully be able to sell fresh fruits in the future! I have grape vines, mulberries, cherries, apples, figs, pears, rhubarb and plums started already!
Thank you for the continued support and I cant wait to share what I have been working on!

I cut down the lavender today! I have a ton of lavender drying in bundles and some that I will be able to make sachets out of as well.
I was able to go to the Geneva market and talk to a seasoned beekeeper about how I would go about using wax from our bees to make candles and I definitely will be able to do that this spring!!

Took some time today to try and make my lavender look better! Luckily I was able to take the extra w**d guard and rocks from our garden!! Its definitely not perfect but I do think it looks much better!!!
Im hoping I will be able to add more rocks to cover up all of the w**d guard soon.

We where able to plant four more plants of lavender today!!!
We now have five different types of lavender. We have English, Super Blue, Lavance, Ellagance, and Lavandula! Each one is going to be a little but different. Some of them are best used for cooking because of the taste while others are best dried because of how well they hold onto their scent!

Hello friends! My name is Addi Zimmerle. I am starting up this business to sell lavender products like lavender oil, dried lavender cutting, and more. I am also hoping to be able to someday make lavender simple syrup and lavender honey! I will not be able to sell anything until summer 2025 when my plants fill out more but I’m going to start working on my marketing now! My first plants were planted on June 17 and I got my first cuttings on June 25th! I am so excited to start working with my favorite flower and to learn more about creating products with them. I would love for yall to follow along and see how it goes!
