Slight change in hours for this weekend. It Mothers Day on Sunday, and while we wont be open on Sunday, we will have a special at Saba on Saturday:

Misión Rosé – 2020; Saba Winery; Mason, Texas

Sourced from Buena Suerte Vineyards of the Texas High Plains AVA, this 50/50 blend of Tempranillo and Grenache is a lovely refreshing wine for any time of day. It has a light fruity fragrance on the nose and ripe strawberries on the palate. You may also discern raspberry and cherry notes, as well. The acids are relatively mild for this easy sipper. The artistic label has a good story behind it, but you will want to visit the winery and hear it from the owner's own words rather than just reading about it. Should be able to sit for another year or two, so keep enjoying this one. ¡Salud!

Out long holiday break is over! We will be open this Saturday Feb 18th from 2-7. We have condensed menu to focus more on wine tastings our "half board" of imported meats and cheeses. Wine club pick-up will also be tomorrow so if you are a win club member, you can pick up your wine at the tasting room in Mason Texas. If you are can't make it in, please drop me a note and we will either deliver or ship.

Thanks for your patience while we recharged and took some time off during the cold winter months. Now that Spring is just around the corner, we are gearing up for our best year yet!
