Butcher Farms A family farm located in Mason, MI. Our farmstand is open daily, 10am-dusk, September & October for pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks & squash.

At Butcher Farms, we strive to provide our local community with the freshest beef, produce, sweet corn and pumpkins. Beginning in July, our farmstand open daily and is stocked with a variety of fresh, homegrown produce, popcorn, and maple syrup. In late July-labor day, our popular sweet corn hits the farmstand and finally, beginning in September, we will have many varieties of pumpkins available. From large to small, you'll find whatever you need for your fall decorating, pumpkin carving, and baking needs! Our farmstand closes in November for daily hours. Our website remains active for beef, popcorn, and maple syrup sales year round. Pick up of these orders by appointment only. All growing is done right here at our farm on Coy road in Mason, MI. We are a family run operation.

It’s the first day of FALL so let’s open the farmstand!🎃🍁🎃

Due to all the rain last week, our pumpkin patch is a mud pit. We were able to get into it a little bit last night and have a few items stocked. We will be adding more pumpkins and squash over the course of this week and hope to have a fully stocked farmstand by this weekend!

Things to remember!⬇️
-Open daily from now until October 31st.
-10 AM until dusk.
-Self-serve farm stand.
-Exact cash & Venmo accepted.
-U-drive is a ONE WAY. Please follow posted signs and only park in the driveway. (Not on the grass.)

🌽As sweet corn season is finally upon us, we wanted to make another reminder post. This spring we made the decision to not grow our sweet corn for the 2026 season. Our farmstand will open after Labor Day for pumpkins & squash. The remainder of our beef & pork by the cut is still for sale and can be purchased through our website: www.butcherfarmsmason.com

To all our loyal customers…we have an important update to share with you all.

After much thought, we’ve made the decision to slow down our farm operations as our family life gets busier and busier. Right now, being fully present for our children and prioritizing our family is what matters most in this stage of life.

We are so incredibly grateful for all the years of support and for the amazing customers and friendships we’ve gained along the way. Your encouragement has meant more to us than you know.

🌽🥩Because of this shift, we have made the difficult decision to not grow sweet corn or summer vegetables this season. We will also be taking a break from raising cattle, which means there will be no beef shares or additional beef restocks for 2026. However, we do currently have beef and pork by the cut available for purchase on our website while supplies last. (See website link in comment section ⬇️.)

🎃🌾We will still be growing pumpkins and squash, and our farmstand will be open daily beginning in September through Halloween for all your fall favorites!

Farming runs in our blood, and while this is not necessarily the end, it is a season of slowing down so we can focus on what matters most…our family.

Thank you again for supporting our farm and our family through the years! We appreciate each and every one of you more than words can say. 🤍
