Ms. Morgan from New England Wagyu caught her twice this week. Derry on Wednesday first, then Merrimack. That alone’s solid… but it gets better.

Walked, talked, and tractored Hilltop Farm in Mason, NH with Farmer Nate. From birth to processing I’ve seen it. I know what I’m eating.

Stocked up in Derry, then grabbed more in Merrimack new cuts and a pile of chuck eye (sleeper cut). I’m not a rich man… my daughters make me rich. But I’ll invest in good food all day.

Here’s the plan I’m following them. Market to market. Farm to fire. Meeting the people, learning the process, bringing it to the grill.

Freezer’s loaded. Content coming.

Get out there, support local,shake hands with people and dig into what you’re putting into your body you only get one.
