We have some huge news!!
For the last six or so years, We have poured so much of ourselves into baking—learning, practicing, experimenting, failing, trying again, and growing along the way.
Two years ago, Bella and I took a huge leap and opened Bella's Hen House & Farm Stand. Since then, we’ve spent countless hours side by side in the kitchen, baking and creating under our cottage bakery permit. What started as a little farm stand became something so much bigger than we ever imagined.
But we always had another dream…
A commercial kitchen of our own. 🤍
A place where we wouldn’t be limited by what we could make. A place where we could cook, bake, teach, cater, experiment and bring all of our crazy food ideas to life.
And God sure does work in mysterious ways, because somehow, that dream has become our reality.
We are incredibly excited to introduce…
THE RURAL KITCHEN CO.
Our new commercial kitchen will allow us to expand into:
• Clean, whole-ingredient catering
• Homemade grab & go meals
• Baking & cooking classes
• Sourdough and traditional baked goods
• Seasonal and specialty foods
• And honestly… whatever else we can dream up!
And don't worry — Bella’s Hen House & Farm Stand isn’t going anywhere!
The farm stand will continue to be part of what we do. The Rural Kitchen Co. simply gives us the room and freedom to grow beyond it.
This little kitchen represents years of hard work, late nights, flour-covered clothes, recipes that worked, recipes that definitely DIDN'T 😂, and a whole lot of dreaming.
We cannot wait to open the doors and show you what we’ve been working on.
