I want to congratulate and on their grand championships
We had the privilage of cooking next to both these professional teams
I can not thank them enough for all the advice and help they gave us while they were themselves competing for a grand themselves in the pro division

My wife took 2nd today in the anything chocolate competition with her mouse cups
The cups themselves are solid chocolate that she poured
I am Very Proud of her

We are at our first comp of the year the New Jersey Knock Out we have our drums ready to go and will be spending the next 3 days with the good stuff
