Sweet potato pizza…
Just take a sweet potato rinse it off
Poke a lot of holes in it
And place in the microwave for about eight minutes
Half the sweet potato
Put on a cookie sheet and smashed flat
Add marinara sauce
Add cheese and toppings of choice
Broil in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes
Enjoy!
