almost looks like Jolie =), My wonderful grandmother, Hortencia. We called her "wellita" but others called her "Tencha"! She was my teacher, mother and my friend! She taught me how to sew, crochet, gardening, canning and how to be a lady! She was a strong woman widowed at an early age. She taught me how to use a rifle! Shoot once in the air to scare them and a second shot to let them know you mean it! My wella!

Never give up! There isn't anything we won't stop at! After my mother's passing we got my dad involved in activities! One was a "Mo's bright lite" idea! Lets make soap! Organic Herbal with "healing powers"! It was the one of the most memorable times I have had!! My dad would whittle wooden soap dishes! We would package and drive to SA to set up at flea markets and 1st Friday events! We did it for my dad, we wanted him involved so he wouldn't miss my mom so much!
