One fun thing about harvesting the same fruit for years, is having the comfort of classic flavors, and the excitement to experiment.

Elberta peaches are free-stone, peels well once blanched, and are tangy enough to hold their own in dishes with their traditional peach flavor, while being able to be taken into a multitude of possibilities.

If you feel like summers coming in fast, you're not wrong ! Our mild winter temps( for the most part) has contributed to our early crops, about 2 weeks early- something we haven't recalled in our 30+ years of farming. That in collaboration of our early fruit varieties, harvesting location ( plus maybe a dash of good farming 😉) has made it possible to have apricots for opening day at today june 4th and tomorrow June 5th, not to be miss with our other "little amigos" cherries!
