❤️ INTRODUCING MYSTERY BAG MONDAYS ❤️
I’ve been thinking about what we can do with the goodies we occasionally have left after the weekend, and I think I finally figured it out.
We’re going to start giving them away.
Food insecurity is a very real issue in our area, and if I have perfectly edible food sitting here, I would much rather see it go home with someone in our community than end up in the trash.
Every MONDAY, I’ll post if we have any FREE Mystery Bags available. Those bags will be available for pickup TUESDAY at the farm stand in the RED COOLERS.
And I want to emphasize — we normally do NOT have a ton of leftovers. This week was kind of a special circumstance and we ended up with more than usual.
Some Mondays I might have 4 bags. Another week I might only have 1. And plenty of weeks, I may not have any at all. This is strictly based on what happens to be left after the weekend.
🎁 THE BAGS ARE A COMPLETE MYSTERY.
You might get 7 cookies. You might get 2 loaves of bread and 2 cookies. Maybe a brownie and a cookie. You could open it and find an entire focaccia. 😂
There could also be eggs, veggies from the garden, or whatever else we happen to have available that week.
⚠️ PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS PART: THESE ARE NOT FRESH BAKERY ITEMS.
I can pretty much guarantee that baked goods in these bags will be around 2 days old.
These are LEFTOVERS from the weekend.
They are NOT going to be as fresh, soft, or perfect as the baked goods you purchase from us normally. Some things might be better warmed up or toasted. You can also pop things in the freezer for later.
I really want to emphasize this because I don't want anyone grabbing a free bag expecting fresh-from-the-oven bakery items. That's not what these are. They're a couple days old, they're still edible, and they're FREE because I'd rather someone enjoy them than throw them away. ❤️

🧊 The bags will be INSIDE THE RED COOLERS at the farm stand.
🚗 Just stop by Tuesday, open the red cooler, and grab one.
❌ No holds or reservations.
1️⃣ ONE bag per household, please.
❤️ First come, first served. Once they're gone, they're gone!
There are no guarantees about what you'll get, how much you'll get, or whether we'll even have bags available the following week.
And most importantly: if you need it, take it.
You don't need to message me. You don't need to explain your situation. You don't need to prove anything.
If it helps put a little extra food in your house this week, that's exactly what it's there for. ❤️
