Jessica Telford has been living in a nice little house on Pansy Street for a while now. Unfortunately, it wasn't her house.

Yesterday afternoon, Officers Jonathan Price and Jack Crye were dispatched there on a trespasser call after the owner's family was told by neighbors that someone was now living in the house. It was supposed to be vacant after the owner passed away last year. Officer Price found Telford inside and arrested her after confirming that she had no business being there.

Apparently, Telford was really making herself at home. Some appliances had been moved to the back porch and we found evidence that she'd been selling items from the house on local swap and shop websites. As a matter of fact, a woman showed up to pick up an upright freezer from the house that she was buying from Telford while we were still there.

Telford was transported to the Bi-State Jail where she now has another nice place to stay until she posts the $25,000 bond the judge set this morning on her Burglary of a Building charge.
