We may not be doing our pop-up cooks right now, but we’re still hard at work behind the scenes—perfecting recipes, trying new flavors, and always looking for ways to get better.

Here’s a sneak peek at something we’ve been working on:

🌮 Brisket Tacos topped with fresh pico de gallo, creamy queso, Mexican crema, and cotija cheese.

🔥 Served with Mexican Street Corn and a Jalapeño Popper on the side.

UPDATE

We’re finally getting settled and are excited to announce that we’ll be starting some small cooks over the next few weeks!

The past few months have been busy as we’ve relocated not only our business, but our entire home. Now that we’re in a new area, we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves.

I’m an active duty service member with a passion for BBQ, and I dedicate my spare time to building H&K BBQ. Our goal is simple: provide quality smoked BBQ and exceptional service for every customer. Right now, our primary focus is catering, but we’ll also be offering smaller orders as our schedule allows.

A few important updates:

• Weekdays: Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

• Weekends: Pickup and delivery are available Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Pop-Up Cooks: When we’re able to host a pop-up, we’ll post the menu the day before. Orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

We’re not limited to our regular menu. If you have something specific in mind, reach out for a custom order or a catering quote. We’d love the opportunity to help make your next event a success.
