We raise our cattle on Avery Island where they are free to graze. We remove the heifers before they are of age to start breeding and move them to another farm to mature and kept away from out bulls. All of our cattle are treated very humanely and will only receive antibiotics if it is necessary. We do not use hormones or anything that is not part of a natural beef producers process. We will finish steers either with grass or grain or a combination.
