I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving. I have had several ask when I would be cooking again. Well.....Tuesday will be Taco Tuesday. I do have to limit my delivery to Mauriceville and Bridge City. Just for now. I want to make sure everyone's food is still hot. Delivery will start at 11am.

3 tacos beef or chicken with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese. The veggies and cheese will be on the side so the tacos don't get soggy. Sour cream available upon request. You will also get my homemade green dip and guacamole. $8. I will have vegan alternatives for $2 extra.

I also will be making fideo. Lunch portion $5 and family portion $20. Family portion feeds 5 people.

Happy Sunday! This weeks menu will be
Wednesday-meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy and your choice of mac n cheese or green beans. If you're really hungry and want all of the above....it will be $12. Otherwise...meatloaf and 2 sides $10.

Friday-tamale casserole (chili topped with cheese) and chips and salsa. $10.

I never did much cooking until I got married. The Pioneer woman has inspired me a lot. Recently during a girl's trip my friends convinced me to start making meals to sell. I was nervous to do anything like this. I'm hoping to make everyone happy with the variety of foods I will offer 3 days a week.
