The worst of the heat has passed and our grill is back on!

Keeping the health and safety of our staff in mind, we are not serving food from our panini press today or tomorrow. We hope removing this heat source from our trailer will keep it a safe temperature inside so we can keep serving you the amazing coffee and Lotus you love, despite the temperatures outside. You may also notice we are less chatty than usual. This is to keep our precious air conditioning inside the trailer. Have a great week and stay safe!

🐰 Some-bunny has been busy hiding Easter Eggs! That’s right! Last night, the Easter Bunny stayed up way past his bedtime to bring you some early Easter treats!🐰

If you find one, bring it to Rise & Grind to see what’s inside! You might find $2 off of a drink, 50% off a drink, OR a FREE drink! (Limit of 1 per person so more people have a chance to find one)

The Easter bunny was spotted hiding 30 eggs total at Lion’s Park, Jones Park, Riverside Park, and Marachowsky’s Park!

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about matcha recently!

A matcha latte is a tea latte that is made from green tea powder. Our matcha is organic and comes from Rishi Tea & Botanticals based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Like all of our drinks, matcha lattes can be made hot or iced. Matcha is naturally unsweetened and has a fresh, earthy flavor. If you like it sweetened, we can add sugar or a flavored syrup like vanilla or toffee crunch!

It's the week of our ONE YEAR Anniversary of being open in our new home town of Mauston! The past year we have been so blessed with our community's support. Our first week open here in Mauston, wind chills were well below zero, and people still braved the cold to try something new. Over the past year we have many daily, and even more weekly, customers who we have formed friendships with and are grateful to share life's highs and lows with. Now, one year later, we are outgrowing our trailer. Looking forward to the upcoming year, our goal is to lose the wheels and become a more permanent fixture here in Mauston, which will include expanding our team. None of these things would be possible without you. Whether you have only stopped once, or Rise & Grind has become an integral part of your routine, we want to thank each and every one of you for allowing us to share our passion with you. Here's to another year of friendship, lessons, and most importantly GREAT COFFEE!
