🍎 Well that’s a wrap- So excited to have attended our first Wisconsin Apples - Wisconsin Apple Growers Association’s Annual Conference. 🍎

We somehow made it thru the last few days without any pictures of our new matching jackets, but did meet some awesome vendors like Guth's Candy- and are excited to start carrying their amazing flavored popcorns and pretzels this Spring! We were also thrilled to meet minor Wisconsin Apple celebrities from Jasper Apples! Lastly, we’re proud to join the Wisconsin Farmers Union and be a part of this storied group of farmers from around this beautiful state.

We loved seeing you all at the Mauston Holiday Parade after a spectacular show from the CP Holiday Train last night! It was such an honor to be included in such a festive celebration.

However, if yesterday’s treats weren’t enough stop by today for our last shop day of the season and pick up some apples, cider, donuts and more!

🍎 Unfortunately for us one of our main refrigeration units is broken and the repair parts are going to take awhile to arrive- GOOD NEWS FOR YOU! We’re trying to make some fridge and freezer room and are selling our delicious apple cider (fresh-pressed, bottled, and ready to drink or freeze) at a special, end of season, running out of space rate!

Have you ever wondered how our apples get washed? Well we start by handpicking the apples from one of our 600 trees on property! The apples then go through the wash machine where they are hand sorted into firsts (ones for store sale) and seconds (used for ciders and other baking purposes due to imperfections or bruising).
