Headed to Polyface Farm this weekend for the Two Days of Truth Food Summit this is going to be good. We arrive early both days with breakfast and lunch served, all organic and farm raised. Friday night is a bonfire with Polyface hotdogs served. It's just another amazing event here, communing with other like-minded folks with great learning.

Whipped myself up a few eggs before I head out and get to work, but I just had to stop and take a picture of that beautiful yolk😍.  I’ve always fed my girls a no soy, no corn based organic feed, but definitely getting them out into grass is just a game changer for your eggs. I most certainly can tell the difference once spring hits. 🥚

Just getting ready to go out and do some planting, and I see this wobbly newborn fawn outside the camper window. How precious is that!😍. The sun is a little too warm so she did runoff and hunker down in the shade, but I haven’t seen her mom yet.

It was a rough winter on my girls with the big move. They were stuck in our shop yard. After two hours rolling down the road, we arrived back in the fields of Bobby Joe Acres where we belong. sunshine and grass eggs!
