It was a rough winter on my girls with the big move. They were stuck in our shop yard. After two hours rolling down the road, we arrived back in the fields of Bobby Joe Acres where we belong. sunshine and grass eggs!

I visited Polyface Farm a couple of years ago for a Homesteaders of America business conference. I knew the. what my goals would now be! What ever level I grow to will be a most amazing journey!I finally signed up for a full course. A couple more weeks and my flock will be back in a field where they belong!

Goals!

On our farm, chickens move one day at a time across pasture, leaving lots of fertilizer behind as they go. A few weeks later, the grass comes back thick, green, and full of life. Our chicken is really just a byproduct of building healthy soil and a more resilient ecosystem. This is regeneration.
