While Tom and Elijah are at the Shamrock Horseshoe Tournament tonight... just saw live Elijah win a game against his dad, congrats son, we're both proud of you 🙂, I realized St. Patty’s Day is coming up… and I totally forgot until now.

So now I’m scrambling to get a brisket thawing and brinin' because homemade corned beef is not optional around here because it's so good. ☘️😉

I so get it. What you can't see behind me are multiple forts that apparently include a kitchen, library, bathroom, and horse stable, compliments of our kids, in our dining room. 😂

You don’t need to overhaul your meals or cook every night.
Just replace ONE ultra-processed or takeout dinner with a simple beef or pork meal this week.

That’s it.

Most boxed, frozen, and takeout meals are loaded with additives and seed oils. One swap can change how you feel.

No judgment on burritos or endless pasta bowls, they’re delicious.
They just tend to lead straight to a food coma.

When I lost over 25 lbs eating ketovore, the issue wasn’t the meat.
It was everything in between.

So I ate more beef and pork, not less.

Easy swaps:
• Lasagna → beef + tomatoes + cheese
• Nuggets → pork chops or sausage
• Pasta → ground beef over veggies

Keep it simple. Salt. Pepper. Butter.
One small swap is how change actually sticks.
