We are currently accepting orders for small square bales of straw. We anticipate having straw bales available during the last week of June or the first week of July. You are welcome to bring your trailer a few days prior to collection, and we will assist with loading. Alternatively, you may pick up the bales yourself on the designated day. A 50% payment is required for all pre-orders one week prior to harvest, with the remaining balance due upon collection. Prices are as follows: wire-tied bales are $4.50, and string-tied bales are $4.00 when loaded directly from the field. Once the bales are stored in the barn, the price will be $5 per bale until sold out. We expect to have approximately 1,000 bales in storage going into the fall. Please note that this straw has not been sprayed. This is a high-quality product, distinct from the straw typically found in box stores. Pickup will be in Mayetta, KS 66509.
