Are these Old School Farmer Signs Accurate

🐄 Livestock & Animal Signs
Cattle
• ❄️ Snow melting on their backs = they’re warm/healthy
• 🐄 Cows bunching tightly together = cold, wind, or storm coming
• 🐄 Cows turning their backs to the wind = strong wind/cold front
• 🐄 Cattle lying down before a storm = weather change coming
• 🐄 More vocal than usual = pressure change, stress from weather shift
Horses
• 🐎 Nostrils flaring, restless pacing = storm on the way
• 🐎 Standing tail-to-wind = strong wind or cold coming
Dogs & Cats
• 🐕 Dogs eating grass = rain coming
• 🐕 Pets restless or hiding = thunderstorm or pressure drop
• 🐈 Cats sleeping more than usual = cold snap
Birds
• 🐦 Birds flying low = rain coming (air pressure drops, bugs fly low)
• 🐦 Birds going quiet suddenly = storm close
• 🐦 Large groups of birds on fence lines = weather change incoming
