We will be open this weekend for another round of choose and cut!

Our selection of trees is still super good, especially on our property across US 48 and our pre-cut fraser fir will be cut fresh everyday.

Wondering how pre-cut trees do in comparison to fresh cut? The answer is - wonderfully!

To ensure your tree lasts through the season, it's best to saw a sliver off the stump before you put it in the stand so that it drinks water. 💧

Evergreen trees naturally sap over after being cut to preserve themselves but making that new, fresh cut will extend its life way past Christmas.

Our choose and cut fields open tomorrow, Nov. 28 at 1:00 p.m. 🌲

As you make the trek to Maysville, here's a few reminders to make your tree selection easy-peasy:

🕘 Hours of Operation
Fridays 1pm-5pm
Saturdays 9am-5pm
Sundays 11am-5pm
(Unless stated otherwise on a specific post in the event of inclement weather.)

✋ Stop by the sales building to get an idea of where the best tree selections are. Our property across US 48 will be open and has SO MANY trees, but it's best to stop by and get a saw first.

‼️ Please pay attention to signs in the field. If the sign says DO NOT CUT, please listen to those directions. There are many short trees that in a few years time will be your Christmas trees. Respect the signs and don't cut those baby trees. If we see that occurring, we will shut down.‼️

🍖 BBQ day is Saturday! Plan to fill your bellies with Meadowbrook Farm BBQ.

🪚 Cut your trees flush with the ground. Tall stumps will cause others to fall.

⌚️With a small family operation, wait times are possible for baling, drilling, shaking, and even saws. We know that's not fun, but what's less fun is being cranky during the holidays.

CLOSING EARLY ❄️ 12/15

Due to inclement weather, we’ll be closing for the season at 3:00 p.m.

We have just a few precuts left in case you need a tree & don’t want to venture out into the fields.

🎄 CHOOSE & CUT UPDATE 🎄

Hi, friends. Our choose and cut fields will be OPEN this weekend for the following hours:

Friday 1pm-5pm
Saturday 10am-5pm
Sunday 11am-5pm

This will be our FINAL WEEKEND of the year.

🚫 DO NOT CUT TREES LESS THAN 6 FEET TALL.
If we notice it happening anyway over the weekend, we will need to shut down, cutting the season short for those who have not gotten their tree yet. Don’t be that person to ruin it for everyone please.

Precut Fraser Firs will be available at our sales building as always — they are beautiful!

🎄 Our best selection out in the fields are Douglas Fir. They’re big, thick and fluffy!

We have PLENTY of tall trees if you’re in the market for one 10 feet or above. They’re $11 per foot.🦶

☕️ The hot cocoa bar will be open Saturday and Sunday from open until 4:30pm.

🪚 If you’re going to cut a tree in the fields, please arrive by 4:30pm, NO LATER. It gets dark early and it’s hard to make a selection out in the fields.

📸 PHOTOS — Customers are welcome to take photos with their own family. Professional photography is NOT PERMITTED during hours of operation and our field passes are not available this year.

💬 We’ve received an overwhelming amount of messages, emails & calls this year. We apologize for not getting to them all. We’re a small family operation and it’s hard to keep up. Most information you need should be on our page, or the website.
