We are looking for a dependable truck driver to join our team. Most of the job is driving trucks (hauling grain, feed, fertilizer, etc.) with some general farm work mixed in. No CDL required but trucking experience is a must.

✅ Full-time or part-time depending on the applicant’s needs

We’re looking to add a full-time team member to help with all aspects of our diversified farming operation.

Duties may include:
- Hauling grain
- Operating an air seeder, sprayer, fertilizer spreader, tractor and loader, hay mower, rake, etc.
- Moving, working, and handling feeder cattle and cows
- Maintaining/repairing facilities
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Must have:
- Experience operating large equipment, semis, tractors, etc.
- Familiarity with precision ag systems

Experience handling cattle is preferred

Typical hours are M-F 8 AM - 5 PM. Evening and weekends are possible during busy seasons. Competitive salary based on experience level.

Harvest season means Saturday evening trips to the field to pick up the farm kids.

We’ve wrapped up corn harvest and are on to soybeans here at Kagay Farms!

All of our soybeans will be sold and eventually processed to make things like soybean meal. Soybean meal is one of the major feedstuffs used to feed pigs & poultry.

Corn Harvest is nearing its end at Kagay Farms!

We started early (end of August) with silage harvest completed by the DeShon Brothers. Shortly after, we tackled high moisture corn and packed the other side of the pit at our feedlot. High moisture corn gets ground and then conveyed into the pit. The silage & high moisture corn get packed in tightly to remove air with tractor & loader as you can see in the video. All that corn & silage will be fed to the cattle in the feedlot as part of their mixed ration.

With only a few days break, we continued on filling the bins on the main farm. Much of that corn will also be used to feed our cattle and available if needed for the feedlot. We will also take some loads to market.

We got a new deep freezer for inventory and guess what????…… It’s RESTOCK DAY!! 🥩😍🙌🏻

Bryant just picked up over 500 lbs of beef from our USDA Inspected processor (Thomas Farm Quality Meats). Keep an eye out 👀 for packages & pricing coming very soon!
