Country Roads Farm Plan a day of family fun at our farm! Enjoy ice cream, u-cut flowers, a seasonal market, pumpkin patch, mums, Christmas trees, and cuddly mini animals.

Join us for farm tours, events, and memory-making moments—unplug, unwind, and reconnect at our farm! We started our farm with the goal of creating a destination where busy families can spend the day enjoying each other and creating lasting memories and experiences. We strive to make every moment special regardless of the season. Whether you are sampling maple syrup, picking flowers, petting our adorable mini livestock, choosing your “great pumpkin,” or finding your perfect Christmas tree, our family wants you to feel welcome and unrushed… just enjoy each other and your day! We value our faith, our marriage and our family. We have created a place to escape the hustle & bustle and unwind at our beautiful countryside farm. We know that the daily grind takes away from precious family time and it's important to unplug and reconnect. All are welcome at our farm; we value people and relationships.

DON’T THROW YOUR MUMS AWAY!!

All of these survived our Michigan winter in an unheated greenhouse (doors wide open). I was too lazy to deal with all the mum planters in the fall, so I tossed them in the corner to wait ‘til spring. My plan was to empty all the containers out into the compost pile out back. Early spring came and went. Then in May, I noticed that most of the mums survived. Finally in June, I got around to replanting them all around my house. No extra watering. I did sprinkle Dairy Doo All Purpose slow release fertilizer on each plant. Now they are HUGE! And gorgeous! I mixed the varieties to try and spread out colors as well as the bloom times so I would have mums blooming all season long.

Let’s talk tulips….

Now’s the time for me to start planting tulips for spring. Who’s interested in signing up for a Spring Tulip bouquet subscription? Bouquets would be ready for pickup every other week during the spring season. Pictures for an idea of what you can expect color-wise.

Inorder to make this worth my time, I would to have enough interest to pursue! So let me know!!!

The dahlias are finally starting to bloom… and they’re every bit as beautiful as I hoped! 😍

Bouquets will be ready in just a couple of weeks. Who’s excited? 🙋‍♀️

They’ll be available in our self-serve roadside stand, but if you’d like to reserve one, just send me a message! I’ll have your bouquet freshly picked, beautifully wrapped, and ready for pickup. I can even include a handwritten card if you’re gifting it to someone special. 💜💐
