Pertaining M&J Farms Rabbitry!

M&J Farms Sales Policy 2026
Thank you for considering and/or purchasing a rabbit from M&J Farms LLC. These sales policies are for the benefit of my rabbits. By purchasing any rabbits from me, YOU are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
• All Sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
• No rabbits will leave my possession until they are paid in full.
• Once any rabbit leaves my possession, I will not be held liable for any problems that arise from our transaction.
• My rabbitry is privately owned and is a closed rabbitry. Rabbit Transactions will only be done in a public place for my safety and the safety and biosecurity of My rabbitry.
• If you come into a position where you can no longer take care of your rabbit I will take it back.
• I reserve the right to cancel a sale in person or via the internet with no explanation. If I cancel a sale you will be refunded whatever you have into said rabbit.
• I require a 50% deposit (non refundable) to hold a rabbit. Rabbits will be held for one week after deposit. Board charge of $10 a day will be added onto any rabbit here longer than a week. Whether the rabbit has been paid in full or deposit only - board fee applies.
• Rabbits are sold on a first come first serve basis. I will not hold any rabbit without a deposit!!!
• If you chose to forfeit the sale for any reason your deposit/payments will be forfeited as well.
• Rabbits will not leave my rabbitry any younger than eight weeks.
• I accept cash ,CashApp & PayPal only!
• I do not guarantee a rabbit’s show or breeding results. I also do not guarantee any rabbit’s future breeding ability, reproductive performance, quality of offspring, show winning, temperament, or size, etc.
• You are responsible to look over the rabbit you are interested in. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what you are looking for, and to confirm it is free from disqualifications and is the show quality you expect.
• I do not knowingly sell any sick animals, and all rabbits are sold healthy to the best of my knowledge. I will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by rabbits that have been sold.
• I make every effort to correctly identify the s*x of all rabbits however rabbit gender cannot be 100% guaranteed.
• I handle my rabbits on a regular basis. I do not sell any rabbits that show any aggression.
• I do not offer a carrier for you to transport your rabbit home. Please come prepared.
• I can bring rabbits to shows that I already plan on attending. If you are a no show or don’t confirm a time you are coming, you forfeit your deposit and the rabbit will be made available immediately at the show and you may be placed on a Do Not Sell list.
• Rabbits sold as “pet quality” will not come with a pedigree. This applies to unshowable varieties as well.
• Rabbits with pedigrees will not leave my rabbitry without a tattoo in their left ear. Tattoos may not be changed. If I discover this has been done you will be placed on a Do Not Sell list.
• Pedigrees will be given the day the rabbit transfers hands. If YOU lose / ruin / misplace a pedigree they can be resent or mailed to you for a fee of $5. All rabbits come with their pedigree upon sale/arrival - replacements after that will come with a fee.
•If abuse or neglect is to be found towards people or animals on your behalf you will be placed on a Do Not Sell list.
•If you are a repeated time waster/lowballer, you will also be placed on a Do Not Sell list.
•Pedigrees contain truthful information, do not alter this information. If you are found altering the information you will be placed on a Do Not Sell list.
