Join me for this hands on sugar cookie baking and decorating class where you learn both the science of baking and the art of decorating-all centered around classic sugar cookies.

• How to make cookie dough from scratch.
• Proper mixing techniques to get the right texture (not too tough or crumbly)
• Rolling dough evenly and using cookie cutters for clean shapes
• Baking tips to always get soft, evenly cooked, and not over-browned cookies.
We’ll be making royal icing from scratch and learn techniques like:
• Outlining and flooding cookies for a smooth base
• Mixing and coloring icing to the right consistency
• Creating designs like florals, patterns or seasonal themes
• Using tools like piping bags, tips, and edible decorations (sprinkles, glitter, etc)
BEGINNER FRIENDLY (No experience necessary)
