We are a family owned and operated cattle farm that began when William (aka Tubby) Sterling returned home to his family farm west of Norman, Ok after serving in the Army during WWII . After moving to Noble, OK in 1946, he and his wife, Alice Mae, started a Dairy operation along with Beef Cattlle, Field Crop, and Custom Hay bailing resulting the Sterling Farms was established. In 1973, the dairy op
eration was phased out and focused was directed towards the field crops, custom hay, beef cattle , and later a Feed Store. Atfer the passing of Tubby in 1986, sons Dewayne and Danny phased out all entities except for the beef cattle and grass hay production to devote their full focus on the beef cattle program and eventually intergrated their own cattle partnership (D/D cattle) into Sterling Farms to what it has become today. Today we have places in Tecumseh and Inola, OK along with other leases. Currently we are primarily a Beef Cattle Enterprise offering Club Calves, Heifers, and Bulls.
