Just a quick little update for everyone. While winter is right around the corner sales will be limited to a few times a month. Our hopes are to have a new trailer around this time next year so we can add equipment and provide more options! Also with the holidays right around the corner we will be offering pre ordered smoked pies! You can message me directly when you’re ready to place an order.

We will be at Spaceship Earth Coffee today from 4-8! Come on down and enjoy a delicious Sage bowl or a pulled pork or sausage dinner or try our new smoked sloppy joes!!

This weeks sales will be Thursday at Spaceship Earth Coffee from 4-8 Friday and Saturday at The Okie Dancehall & Saloon from 9 till bar close! This week we are introducing smoked sloppy joes and smoked Frito pie!! We will of course have pulled pork and sausage as well! Can’t wait to see yall!

Ribs are on! We will be open at the Grass Station at the corner of main and Carl Albert today from 11 until sold out!! We will have rib dinners, pulled pork and sausage, along with Mac and cheese, signature bbq beans, slaw and tater salad! We will also have the loaded baked potato and don’t forget about the amazing Sage bowl! Mac and cheese with pulled pork and bbq sauce!

We will be open shortly, meat is done but unfortunately the pit master had an oopsie and burnt himself so he is attending to the burn!

We are now in a rush to get everything done! Ribs are ahead of schedule!!! Will try to be open at 8:00 at The Okie Dancehall & Saloon! Rib dinner will be $15 plus tax, it’ll will come with 2 sides of your choice! I will also have pulled pork dinners and sausage dinners as well! And don’t forget about biscuits and gravy after midnight! And yes they will be smoked as well!
